Have you been feeling so much on your back? Try our Orthopedic 4-Levels Adjustable Lumbar BackStretcher to ease your backpain.

“Felt instant relief right after using it for the first time. I needed this product more than I knew. Using this will become a daily routine for me. The longer I stayed on it, the more discomfort I felt. I believe that is because my back had loosened up from the stiffness/pain I had been experiencing. I am a bit sore but in a good way, my back is adjusting to being flexible again. I got this for myself because I was experiencing lower back pain, and was hoping this would help. To my expectations, it worked! My 6’5” boyfriend wanted to give it a shot but was skeptical if it would work for him or not, and he seems to like it more than me!”—Marianne Johnson—28, Brooklyn, New York

“I’ve seen this everywhere and I just had to get it. I sit all day for work so I definitely needed this to release some of the muscle tension and my bad posture. I use it at least every day for a few minutes so that my body can decompress and stretch. It’s such a great way to stretch too, especially because it’s so adjustable. I usually place it on top of a yoga mat so I can lay on the floor and use this to relax at the end of the day. After each use, I feel like I get a few inches taller”—Jose Robertson— 25, Dallas, Texas

What are the causes for back pain?
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work, and it is a leading cause of disability worldwide. Back pain can range from a muscle aching to a shooting, burning, or stabbing sensation. In addition, the pain may radiate down your leg or worsen with bending, twisting, lifting, standing, or walking.
Back pain often develops without a cause that your doctor can identify with a test or an imaging study. Conditions commonly linked to back pain include:
  • Muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments.
  • Bulging or ruptured disks. Disks act as cushions between the bones (vertebrae) in your spine. The soft material inside a disk can bulge or rupture and press on a nerve.
  • Osteoarthritis can affect the lower back. In some cases, arthritis in the spine can lead to a narrowing of the space around the spinal cord, a condition called spinal stenosis.
  • Your spine's vertebrae can develop painful fractures if your bones become porous and brittle.

Orthopedic 4-Levels Adjustable Lumbar BackStretcher is a back pain relief product.
The back support helps people suffering from chronic back pain to reducing fatigue, stress, and tiredness during office hours, long walk, sedentary fatigue, gardening. When lying down on lumbar support, gravity allows the front of your body to effortlessly stretching, and the surrounding muscles start to relax, gently decompressing the discs in your vertebrae, realigning the spine, relieving tension and pain.

Chinese Scientific Proof of Acupuncture
The ancient practice of acupuncture started in China approximately 3000 years ago.8 The first documentation of acupuncture that described it as an organized system of diagnosis and treatment is in The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine, which dates back to 100 BCE. By this time, the Qi (vital energy or life force) flow channels were well established, and the information likely stemmed from a compilation of traditions passed down over centuries.9 Gradually, the practice of acupuncture was honed and insertion points became more specified, until it became a standard practice in China alongside massage, diet, and herbs. Acupuncture is the traditional Chinese medical practice of stimulating specific points on the body, primarily with the insertion of very thin needles through the skin. Medically reviewed by Debra Rose Wilson, Ph.D., MSN, R.N., IBCLC, AHN-BC, CHT
Acupuncture for Back Pain: Does it Work?
Back pain (especially lower back pain) is a common chronic pain issue. Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese physical therapy that has become a popular and well-researched method for managing this pain. Acupuncture is a traditional therapy based on the idea of energetics in the body. Treatment consists of inserting needles at various pressure points on the body and through the skin. Needles are not meant to cause pain, harm, or discomfort.
A professional acupuncturist will target energy (or “qi” in Chinese medicine) points for treatment. These are also called meridians, with some being of special benefit to painful nerves and muscles in the back.
